Sugashak was born from a chance meeting
of two North London DJ/Producers in a bar in Buenos
Aires, South America. This led to a link up with
the ‘Incredible’ General Levy back
home in 2002. Their first collaboration, ‘Jump
Up’, was released by Italian house label
Time and licensed to dance compilations across
the globe. This was followed by their club hit,
‘Greatest’, (sampling Muhammad Ali),
released in 2003.
Their latest offering ‘Sunshine Daze’,
a re-recording of Osibis’s 1976 hit, ‘Sunshiny
Day’, sees the duo rework this classic for
the dance floors of 2005. It comes with 4 mixes
to suit all tastes and is set to be a summer smash.
‘Sunshine daze’ has now been signed
to new UK dance label E-Dance and will be due
for release on 12th September 2005.
Sugashak have picked up many remixes along the
way and are currently working on material for
their first album.
Keep your eyes peeled for future works from ‘SUGASHAK’.
