Stephen, 51, was a founder member of Luminar Leisure in 1987 and has remained Chief Executive throughout. Prior to that he was a regional director at a leisure subsidiary of Whitbread PLC. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Hartford Group Plc, Paddy Power Plc and Saracens Ltd.
